the hotel exuded such charm. It was very clean. the team members i encountered were friendly and always seemed happy to help, i appreciated that. i felt immediately welcome and looked after .
I found the temperature controls in the room slightly difficult. It took a little while to adjust it precisely to my liking.

The superior double or twin room extra bed offered ample space. i was very happy with the daily housekeeping service. fresh linens and toiletries were replenished daily. The room was well-kept and very comfortable.

the location was convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions. the room had big windows and a little balcony. it was a nice touch indeed.
housekeeping did not service the room one day. i think it might be due to staff shortage. i had to call reception for towels. also, there was no toilet paper the next day and i had to call again.

The hotel is in a great location near the museums. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicacies. It was also close to public transportation (the Schiphol bus stop was nearby).
The room I had was quite small. There was a bathtub instead of a shower, and it was very high. Reception staff were not very friendly (they did not speak Spanish, despite being advertised as such).

The location was fantastic. The desk agent at check in.!! The breakfast was great. Some of the tastiest croissants I've ever had!!!
I was not satisfied with the state of the room when I arrived. The room was okay although it should be more better. They gave me first one with a smell in it and refused to take it then they gave me another one, but it was just okay.
