really good experience
quick elevators helpful staff convenient location fresh juices
I found the quick elevators very useful. the staff impressed me with their helpfulness. They provided assistance anytime i requested it. the location is convenient for museum visits. the buffet offered fresh juices and baked goods. there was also a waffle machine.
The sidewalk in front of the hotel required more frequent power washing to remove chewing gum. This detracted slightly from the otherwise super clean appearance.

the room was spacious and clean. i noticed large windows allowing natural light. the design provided a restful environment for both work and relaxation.

The bus from Schiphol dropped me off just a short walk from the entrance. I appreciated the complimentary fruits and water in the lobby. My room was clean, spacious, and quiet. It faced the back of the building.
The hotel was good but, the gym was closed due to a holiday.

great cleanliness friendly team immediate welcome
the hotel exuded such charm. It was very clean. the team members i encountered were friendly and always seemed happy to help, i appreciated that. i felt immediately welcome and looked after .
I found the temperature controls in the room slightly difficult. It took a little while to adjust it precisely to my liking.

the location was convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions. the room had big windows and a little balcony. it was a nice touch indeed.
housekeeping did not service the room one day. i think it might be due to staff shortage. i had to call reception for towels. also, there was no toilet paper the next day and i had to call again.

great location great variety public transportation small room high bathtub unfriendly staff
The hotel is in a great location near the museums. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicacies. It was also close to public transportation (the Schiphol bus stop was nearby).
The room I had was quite small. There was a bathtub instead of a shower, and it was very high. Reception staff were not very friendly (they did not speak Spanish, despite being advertised as such).
