Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel was slightly different than the pictures showed but still lovely. The twin room was surprisingly small to an extent that I couldn't even open my suitcase on the floor, and it was hot. The service was very helpful and nice, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The room was bigger than we asked for, honestly 5/5. The location was wonderful, close to the main central station and all the city center's landmarks, perfect and convenient, near the Van Gogh Museum and Rijks. The facilities were top-notch.
The hotel has clean and good-sized rooms, but lacking temperature control. The service was exceptional with thoughtful touches and friendly staff. The location is perfect for exploring the city without being overwhelmed by noise. Dining options were good despite some limitations. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service.
The hotel's location is perfect, right at the City Center next to Vondelpark and the famous Pline district. The rooms need updating and some serious renovation, especially those facing the street as they can be noisy. The service is a mix, with some staff being laid back and others being brilliant and most helpful. The dining options have enough variety but can be quite expensive. Overall, a nice spot for those looking to explore the city.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were compact and somewhat tired, with a foul odor in the bathroom, but the service was friendly and accommodating. The location was great, close to key tourist spots but the dining options were a bit pricey. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.
I must say this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, close to the main central station and all the city center's landmarks, making it really convenient for us. However, the room amenities could use an update as the old-fashioned radiators and separate air conditioning made it hard to find the right temperature. Despite that, the dining experience was outstanding with a generous selection, although there were some limitations, probably due to the current situation. Overall, a mixed experience.
The hotel is in a nice quiet area across from one of the many canals, very close to Leidse plein and within walking distance from the center, offering a convenient location. The rooms were beautifully decorated with balloons for a special occasion, but some had a faint smell of smoke, which was a bit disappointing.
